For sale: 1984 Greco JS55 John Sykes Custom “Black Beauty” electric guitar in exceptional condition and fully functional. From the renowned Greco Mint Collection, crafted at Japan’s Fujigen factory, it boasts a carved maple top, mahogany body, long neck tenon, “Screamin” PAF pickups, braided leads, full-size pots, and a brass nut.

This 9lb 13oz guitar delivers classic Les Paul tones with dynamic range. The bridge pickup offers complex, detailed sound with growl, sweet mids, and rich bass, while the neck pickup provides fuller, saturated tones with clarity. The round ’50s-style C-shaped neck profile (.875” at 1st fret, .990” at 12th) features a bound rosewood fretboard, pearloid block inlays, 12” radius, medium jumbo frets, and a brass nut (1 11/16” width).

Additional details: 24 3/4” scale length, straight neck with responsive truss rod, nickel Gotoh tuners, and multi-ply binding with a split-diamond-style headstock inlay. Perfect for players and collectors alike!
